Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your GLS tracking number, so you can follow your package.
Please note that during launch, product drops or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders with GLS.
Estimated delivery times, from order is dispatched:

Denmark: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days

International: 5–12 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and GLS operations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your GLS tracking link.
If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@ravesupreme.com.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
While we do our best to ensure fast and safe delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to GLS operations, customs, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ravesupreme.com, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.
Rave Supreme is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
